- Humanity: behaving in a compassionate, altruistic, fair-minded, and honest manner towards each individual and collective to develop learners’ potential and train healthcare professionals, who will engage patient-centred care favourably, by their capacity and responsibilities.
- Professionality: expressed in professional competencies, regularly getting updated to improve qualification; expressed through professional actions, making decisions and implementing solutions or treatment plans quickly and accurately according to the medical issues; in the direction of taking into account the interests of the patient; always being self-controlled and adjusting their ways of working to increasingly improve their knowledge, skills, and self-efficacy.
